Festival L*Abore is an annual music festival held in the Campground in Heinsdorfergrund, Germany.
The design in the animation features a single typeface with a rule of using bold weights and all caps to dictate the emphasis of the name of the bands who are going to play in the festival.
The logo created by Coko Nakambi was established first and we integrated the colours and shapes to all the visual sequences. The approach is to make the type in 2D compositions decide the aesthetic view and achieve catching effects suited for minimal display and clarity for the name of the bands to feature.

The concept of the animation is to focus on employing abstract geometry with the relationship of type and shape as the
visual grammar, it will have it’s own recognisable setting resulting to a process of having bold and minimalist image. Abstraction and minimalism here as a concept will lead the information straight-forward and simple.
